Maritime Discipleship

What does sailing have to do with Discipleship? Coast Guards & Navies around the world use sailing vessels as a means to train their officers & future leaders. Sail-training is the perfect outdoor adventure to facilitate this.  We combine sail-training with cross-cultural ministry and service to others   in an interactive environment for dynamic Team-building, Character Development, Leadership Training, Missions & Discipleship. Our instruction in sail handling, navigation, passage making, safety at sea, and ship management requires each participants to confront many demanding challenges, both physical and emotional. It also inspires self-confidence and the acceptance of personal responsibility,  and develops a willingness to take controlled risks. We use sail-training as a means to help young people learn about themselves, discover hidden strengths and talents, and understand the value of others and working as a team.
