F.C. “Bunky” Wichmann

I am in the real estate asset management business.  I have acquired and developed real estate in the Charleston area over the past 25 years.  I manage my own assets as well as investors and friend’s properties.  I also have a small construction company that deals mainly in renovations and maintenance of my properties.  When my children asked me, a couple of years ago, “Daddy, what do you do every day?  I told them that I spend my day going from being an arsonist to a fireman.  I am either lighting fires or putting them out.  I solve problems.  I am of the firm belief that all problems are solvable if given the proper attention they require.
