Deborah Hayes

Captain Hayes has worked in sail training for twenty years in various capacities on a number of different vessels- Oceanography Instructor, deckhand, mate, cook and captain. Vessels she has worked for include Spirit of Massachusetts, Westward, Corwith Cramer, Californian, Rose, Niagara, Bill of Rights, Tole Mour and Clearwater. For the last six years she has been Program Director and Captain for the Geronimo program at St George's School in Newport, RI. She has a BS in Zoology, specializing in Marine Invertebrates.
